City of Roseburg moves forward with Streetlight LED Conversion, Grandview Drive Storm Water Improvement projects

In a regular Monday meeting, the Roseburg City Council passed motions pushing forward two city infrastructure improvement projects, one to replace city street lighting with LEDs and another to improve storm infrastructure on Grandview Drive.
