China's largest legislative body has today launched an examination of a draft amendment to the Renewable Energy Act, which would strengthen the management of renewable energy development and the construction of renewable energy plants.
China's top legislative body, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, has begun debating proposed amendments to the Renewable Energy Law. The bill was presented for its first reading at the 25th session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress; the session will continue until Friday.
