Ligent Technologies, a San Jose-headquartered optical transceiver maker controlled by Hisense Group Holding, filed to raise $727 million in a Hong Kong IPO with trading set for September 22, 2026. Nearly 30 cornerstone investors, including Primavera, Mirae Asset Securities and Barings, have committed to buy 47% of the offering as first-half revenue rose 27.7% to $803 million.
