BEIJING, September 12 (Xinhua) -- A spokesman for China's Commerce Ministry said that China is "seriously concerned" about remarks by a U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) official that Chinese businesses have been designated as legitimate espionage targets, and that it strongly opposes such remarks.
