Ondřej Janata (33) from Hradec Králové deprived thousands of investors of more than CZK 1.5 billion. He promised people twenty and thirty percent interest on deposits. Most of them did not fulfill their promises. The Regional Court in Ostrava began to deal with the giant fraud. Janata declared himself innocent in court.
