Foster Farms recalled nearly 3.9 million pounds of chicken corn dogs after five injury reports due to wood pieces found in the batter, USDA said.

  • Foster Poultry Farms, LLC is recalling approximately 3,843,040 pounds of chicken corn dog products, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service announced Oct. 4, 2025.
  • The products were produced between July 30, 2024 and Aug. 4, 2025 and bear establishment number P-6137B on packaging.
  • An FSIS investigation found corn dog batter contaminated with wood pieces after Foster Poultry Farms received multiple consumer complaints, five injuries included.
