From 2027 onwards, a new housing vacancy tax will replace the existing arrangements. The Chenôve City Council decided, on Monday, 28 September, to maintain this tax, which will apply in the municipality to the habitable dwellings left vacant for at least two years, and its rate will be set at a later date.
