- Users can fine-tune tracking by selecting 'Exclude these apps' or 'Include only these websites' in settings, and ask questions like 'What was I working on before I took a break?' to retrieve activity summaries.
- OpenAI acknowledged that 'Computer History files can contain sensitive information' and are not encrypted, meaning other programs running under the same macOS user could potentially access them.
- While the feature rolls out globally now, access in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the European Economic Area will follow in coming weeks for ChatGPT Pro, Business, or Enterprise users.
