CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A 45-year-old Charlotte man will serve 20 years in prison for repeated offenses of child sex abuse crimes, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Jose Emilio Alvarado Ochoa will serve two decades in prison followed by 30 years of supervised release. He will also have to register as a sex offender once released.
