Charging documents confirm driver on work visa was trying to answer phone before plowing into stopped cars

Newly released charging documents show that the truck driver involved in the recent deadly crash at a red light was trying to answer his phone at the time of the crash.  45-year-old Andrii Dmyterko has been charged with two counts of vehicular homicide for the May 6th accident that killed two people in Alabama.  According to AL News, Dmyterko has pleaded not guilty to the charges, and is scheduled to appear in court in Clarke County later in May…
