Five men face criminal charges for a double murder reported last January 16 in the PR-52 express jurisdiction of Ponce. The events date back to about 3:40 pm that day when Christopher Alberto Martínez Rodríguez 23 and his brother a minor of 17 were shot when they came out of a hearing in the Ponce Court.
