- Publisher Capcom announced today the retirement of the divisive Edit Vouchers in Monster Hunter Wilds, ending the microtransaction system that governed how Players could alter their hunter and Palico appearance after initial creation.
- These vouchers, which restricted Palicos and hunter appearance changes, will be pulled from digital storefronts starting December 3 as the developer transitions to a free-to-use customization system for all Players.
- Players will receive 10 Character Edit Vouchers and 10 Palico Edit Vouchers for free, alongside the Special Thank-You Pendant Set, which includes the Heavenly Hog and Beelzeboar pendants.
- When Ascendance Unlimited arrives next year, the developer said "all players will be able to re-edit the appearance of their hunter and Palico as many times as they like, free of charge."
