With the new regulation by the Ministry of Health, private hospitals accredited by TÜSKA (Turkish Health Institute) are granted exemption from regular inspections for 1 to 3 years. The regulation also establishes new rules for radiology and laboratory services.

The Ministry of Health has amended the Private Hospitals Regulation. Private hospitals that receive accreditation certificates will be provided with an audit exemption from 1 to 3 years according to the gold, silver and bronze categories.

The Ministry of Health's "Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Private Hospitals" has been published in the Official Gazette.
