Buses, heavy vehicles: use Pillars 3 & 4 of flyover; two-wheelers, light motor vehicles: Kalavasal-Sammattipuram-HMS Colony-Virattipathu-Achampathu; return direction: Nagamalai Pudukottai-Achampathu-Viratipathu-Doak Nagar-Kochadai-Mudakkusalai. Buses, cargo vehicles not allowed to enter city via Achampathu.
