The entry into force of the Silla Act is just around the corner, the labour reform will be required in June of this year. This new regulation aims to avoid risks associated with working for long periods of time. The Silla Act is a reform of the Federal Labour Act (LFT), thus called because in practical terms, it recognizes the right of people to take a rest in a chair with support during their working hours.

Currently, labour disputes are governed by the rules laid down in Decree 2158 of 1948, which was promulgated on 24 December 1948.
