Chamber of Commerce to host four Candidates’ Nights in Greater Topsail Area

SURF CITY, NC (WWAY) — Voters across the Greater Topsail Area will head to the polls on Tuesday, Nov. 4, to elect mayors and council representatives in four local municipalities.
