Chainflip says an attacker attached a memo to a validator-signed Tron transaction, the protocol treated it as a separate failed swap, and a refund double-paid the same deposit. Six payouts moved 736,442.17 USDT; a 115,654.41 USDT pending swap remains in the vault.
