The short film 'The Man Who Could Not Shut Up' by Croatian director Nebojša Slijepčević was awarded the Cesar, the 'French Oscar', on Friday. The film, which was also a French co-production and was therefore nominated for a Cesar, tells the story of the heroic act of a man who stood up to Serbian paramilitary forces on a train in the mid-1990s, who then executed 19 Muslims.
