The Center for Judicial Research (CEPRIS), together with the Committee of Lawyers for Human Rights YUCOM, filed a disciplinary report against the chief prosecutor of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, Nenad Stefanović, due to the suspicion that, as they say, in the case of inflicting serious physical injuries on a female student in New Belgrade, he used his powers in a manner contrary to the law.
