Central Pennsylvania residents will get a combination of spring and winter weather before the calendar changes to March, according to forecasters.National Weather Service meteorologist Joe Bauco said Monday the normal temperature for Harrisburg around this time of the year is 45 degrees. But temperatures will be above normal over the next couple of days, as Tuesday is set for a high near 62 with cloudy skies, he said.
