Syracuse, N.Y. — An Onondaga County Family Court lawyer has been accused of threatening to shoot a judge and had guns removed from her home.Beth Lockhart was leaving the Criminal Courthouse at 401 Montgomery Street at 10:45 a.m. on Dec 1. when she told two other lawyers “If I could put a bullet in her (Onondaga County Family Court Judge Julie Cerio) head I would,” according to a court document filed in Oswego County Supreme Court.
