Tia Rahmania Wins Lawsuit, PAC PDIP Banten: She Was the Winner from the Start

The Central Jakarta District Court granted Tia Rahmania's lawsuit over unproven allegations of vote inflation in Banten Electoral District I in the 2024 Legislative Election.

Former member of the DPR from PDIP, Tia Rahmania, was declared the winner against the PDIP Court, Bonnie Triyana who is a DPR legislative candidate from PDIP, and Hasbi Asyidik Jayabaya who is also a PDIP legislative candidate by the Central Jakarta District Court.

PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) spoke out about the Central Jakarta District Court's (PN) ruling that granted Tia Rahmania's lawsuit. PDIP considered the ruling not yet legally binding because the party filed an appeal to the Supreme Court (MA).
