Central Hudson to resume termination notices for overdue bills

KINGSTON, N.Y. – Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp., which has been under investigation over yearslong billing problems, will re-start sending out turn-off notices on a phased-in basis to customers who have an unpaid balance greater than two months past due, the utility said Friday.
