Sea Isle Cancels Halloween Parade Due to Rain

Sea Isle City has canceled the Halloween Parade and Dance Party that had been scheduled for Friday night due to rainy weather. Rain would make it impossible for the parade’s decorated floats, life-sized cartoon characters and marching bands wearing fancy costumes, Mayor Leonard Desiderio said.
