New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has dismissed a PIL filed by the National Students Union (NSU), a student wing of the Congress, alleging irregularities in the OSM system of the CBSE Class XII exams. This comes after the Supreme Court dismissed a similar petition. The court observed that such complaints cannot be disposed of in a PIL. The bench said that students concerned about the issue can approach the court or the CBSE.
