Mike Colter's 'Cupertino' to Air on CBS in 2026-27
The series explores legal battles against Silicon Valley tech elites as a lawyer fights back after losing stock options, highlighting industry exploitation and justice themes.
CBS has ordered the legal drama Cupertino for its 2026-27 slate, created by Robert and Michelle King and produced at CBS Studios with Mike Colter starring.
Originally set up at CBS for development in 2024, Robert and Michelle King's writers room opened in September after Robert King directed Episode 302 of Elsbeth, delivering first scripts earlier this month.
Cupertino centers on a Silicon Valley legal battle where a lawyer cheated out of stock-options teams with another recently fired attorney to fight the tech elite.
Robert King will direct the pilot, Liz Glotzer serves as executive producer, and CBS Studios is producing Cupertino, one of two new series on CBS's 2026-27 slate.
A decade after The Good Wife, the Kings are returning with Cupertino, reuniting with Mike Colter who starred in Evil for four seasons as Einstein was delayed to next year.
