Longtime Carver town official Sarah Hewins confirms candidacy for 2nd District Plymouth representative seat
Longtime Carver Selectwoman Sarah Hewins confirms she is running for the 2nd District Plymouth representative seat. Hewins is currently the only Democrat in the race but Republican incumbent John Gaskey and Carver resident Mark Townsend are running as well. She ran an unsuccessful write-in campaign in 2024 for the seat representing Wareham, Carver and South Middleboro against Gaskey who was the only name on the ballot.
