MILLSBORO, Del. – The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company responded to a two-vehicle crash near the Millsboro Harris Teeter on Friday afternoon. At 12:50 p.m. on Mar. 20, crews were alerted to a vehicle collision on John J. Williams Highway in the vicinity of Concord Pet.
