Cardoso scored 18 points in the fourth quarter as Chicago erased a 14-point deficit and won its first of five straight home games.
On Thursday, the Chicago Sky defeated the Connecticut Sun 94-88, with Kamilla Cardoso scoring 26 points, including 18 in the fourth quarter at Wintrust Arena.
Overcoming a 14-point deficit, the Sky rallied to victory despite Cardoso playing only 21 foul-plagued minutes, showcasing the team's resilience in their first of five straight home games.
Sydney Taylor added 14 points and six assists for the Sky, while Aneesah Morrow scored 21 points for the Sun and DiJonai Carrington recorded nine points in her season debut.
With the score tied at 76-all, Leila Lacan made a driving layup, but Cardoso answered 16 seconds later with a layup that sparked a decisive 11-2 run for the Sky.
The Sky host the Las Vegas Aces on Saturday, while the Sun travel to Dallas to face the Dallas Wings on Sunday night.
