The National Police intervened on Friday with two alleged criminals who allegedly were members of ‘Los Injertos del Cono Norte’ in La Floresta Street, in the San Antonio de Carabayllo urbanization. According to police hypothesis, the suspects make up a new band known as ‘La Gran Alianza’, dedicated to extorting collectiveros.The detainees were identified as Antonio Cacique Monterros, 22, and Alexander Morante Montesinos, 19, years old.
