WELLFLEET – A car became disabled in water at the Lieutenant Island Bridge in Wellfleet around 12:30 PM Saturday. The driver was able to get out of the car and stand on the bridge. The vehicle will be removed when the tide goes down. The bridge to the island routinely floods at high tide.
