Cap America substation slated to be repaired late August, despite council’s apprehension

The Fredericktown board of aldermen authorized an agreement with S.D. Myers to fix a transformer near Cap America for $113,000 that is currently being cooled by soaker hoses. They discussed several other items at the council meeting including using TIFF funds for paving the sports complex and repairing two fire trucks.
