At the request of Mayor David Lisnard, the security forces carried out a vast anti-narcotics offensive during the 15th Cannes Film Festival. Jointly led by the municipal and national police, these 28 operations led to 30 arrests and numerous seizures on the Croisette and in the various districts of the city.
