Caltrans begins construction project to add traffic signal to Oswald Street intersection on Highway 99 in Sutter County

Officials say that the $15.8 million safety project aims to reduce collisions and improve traffic flow by adding a traffic signal at the intersection. Completion of the project is expected by December 2025, weather permitting.
