TECATE, AUGUST 21, 2025. – During the Thirty-Seventh Ordinary Session of Cabildo, opinion No. 39 of the Commission on the Governance, Legislation and Constitutional Points was adopted by a majority vote, concerning the initiative to reform articles 5, 12, 18, 27, 44 and 46 of the Political Constitution of the Free and Sovereign State of Baja California, with the purpose of incorporating the figure of revocation of mandate.
