Gerry Byrne wants barriers lowered for Marine Atlantic service if inter-provincial trade barriers are lowered

Just before the election was called, the Prime Minister and Premiers announced a plan to tear down inter-provincial trade barriers by July 1st.  But provincial Fisheries Minister Gerry Byrne wants Ottawa to tear down the barriers in the Marine Atlantic ferry service first.
