Through the RPP, neighbors, passers-by and drivers showed their discomfort with this situation, which, they pointed out, is repeated every time intense rainfall occurs in the capital.
The rains again complicated the traffic in Villa María del Triunfo. The bypass of Pachacútec Avenue was temporarily closed and another stretch of November 26 ended with the sinking track.
