BYD Driver Fined for Not Yielding to Ambulance in Tashkent

A BYD driver in Tashkent was fined for not giving way to an ambulance. In the video that went viral, a 103 employee asked for directions several times using a loudspeaker, but the driver ignored him. An administrative report was issued and the car was towed to a penalty area.
