On Friday 8 March, businessman Stéphane Courbit and three companies were sentenced in Albertville (Savoie) to a total fine of nearly 5 million euros for the irregular construction of a “hotel accommodation” in Albertville (Savoie).

Stéphane Courbit and two of his companies are ordered to pay fines totaling 4.5 million euros. The businessman began construction on three chalets with a total surface area of nearly 3,000 square meters without obtaining the proper building permit.
