Burrillville PD says 2 officers were dragged by car

While speaking with the driver, identified as 29-year-old Tyler Perry, officers were able to determine that the vehicle was not registered, it was not insured, and Perry did not have a valid drivers license. Police say Perry then physically resisted being arrested, and was able to shift the car into drive while the officers were trying to remove him from the vehicle. Perry then drove off, dragging the two officers a short way causing injuries.
