Burrillville · BurrillvilleBurrillville police are investigating after they say two officers were dragged a short distance by a vehicle following a traffic stop. Officers pulled over a Buick sedan on Chapel St. for speeding. While speaking with the driver, identified as 29-year-old Tyler Perry, officers were able to determine that the vehicle was not registered, it was not insured, and Perry did not have a valid drivers license. Police say Perry then physically resisted being arrested, and was able to shift the car into drive while the officers were trying to remove him from the vehicle. Perry then drove off, dragging the two officers a short way causing injuries.See the Story

It took Taylor roughly 30 minutes to reel in the fish, which he caught through a 6-inch hole in the ice. The previous state record for the rainbow trout was set back in 2020, when a 12-pound, 9-ounce fish was caught.See the Story
