Russia experienced the largest-ever Ukrainian drone attack on Moscow and the surrounding area on the last day of parliamentary elections. The Russian state news agency TASS described it as the largest of its kind since the start of the war. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Ukraine also used Flamingo cruise missiles in the attack, which was later confirmed by Ukrainian President Zelensky.
Zelensky detailed the night strike. The targets were the Gazprom Neft refinery in Kapotnya and the logistics facility in Sofyino; an industrial site in Voronezh was also hit. The systems used were listed as: FP-1, RZ-100, MICH-2000, Palianytsia, Vendetta, Liutyi, Bars, Flamingo, Sichen, Pelican.
