The Bundestag has approved three Deutsche Bahn projects.
In the north, east and south: The Bundestag has agreed to the planning of three new railway lines. Funding is still incomplete, but until construction starts, time will pass anyway.
On the section between Niebüll and Klanxbüll trains will be able to travel significantly faster in the future. However, further obstacles are still in the way.
The Bundestag releases the planning for the Marschbahn extension to Sylt – but at the same time admits that there is no money for the project. The start date of the work is also uncertain.
In many places, the railway is planning the construction and construction of rail tracks so that trains can travel faster. Three projects in Saxony, Bavaria and Schleswig-Holstein have now been put on the rail.
