Netflix must grant subscribers who have residual credit for gift or voucher cards the same termination rights as other Netflix customers. Thus, the Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) has decided. Netflix customers may no longer bind in a subscription until their remaining balance is fully used up. The balance may not expire either.
