The construction of the Russian-Veliko Tarnovo highway will be one of the main priorities of the Sofia government from now on, Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov assured during the inauguration ceremony, which kicked off the construction of the road, according to Dnevnik.bg, quoted by Rador Radio Romania.
