The City of Sparks is again partnering with Moana Nursery to offer 300 Sparks residents a free Moana Grown tree. The TreeMendous Sparks program offers one free tree to 300 Sparks residents and aims to enhance green spaces, beautify neighborhoods, and increase the city’s green cover.
