Budget would make tampering with customs seals a felony; senators vote on more bills Tuesday

Lawmakers on Tuesday set aside a bill that would make tampering with Customs and Quarantine Agency seals on incoming cargo containers a third-degree felony, because language making the change is already included in the budget bill passed this week.
