The admission by ANO deputy chairman Karel Havlíček that the movement does not have its own budget proposal in a drawer or anywhere else, the existence of which the ANO leader and likely next prime minister Andrej Babiš had previously mystified the public about, may have surprised many. The opposition MPs clearly did not.
