Crowd’s Provocative Chant at First Kneecap Show Since Glastonbury Furore

GLASTONBURY MUSIC FESTIVAL, UK, JUL 7 – The politically charged chant led to a police investigation and criticism from festival organisers, highlighting tensions surrounding public order and free speech at major events.

Kneecap have made their first appearance since a Glastonbury festival that saw the band and fellow rapper Bob Vylan investigated by police. Kneecap were supporting Dublin band Fontaines DC. During the performance, crowd members attempted to start another “death to the IDF” chant.
