Bristol Bin Collections for Christmas and New Year 2025- Full List of Date Changes
- Revised collection dates begin on Monday, December 22, and normal schedules will resume from Monday, January 12, 2026, the council said.
- Because bank holidays fall midweek, collections pause on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, moving affected pickups to two weekends, the council said.

- To avoid missed pickups, Coventry households are urged to follow the revised schedule and put blue-lidded recycling bins out by 7am with lids closed, as contaminated loads can be incinerated.
- Ahead of the holidays, a downloadable calendar is on the council website, residents in flats above shops will be contacted directly, and collection crews will work Saturdays January 3, 10 and 17 to catch up.
